Growth in Utah Flower Farms

Most cut flower farms are centered near urban hubs, and plenty are expanding into less populated counties, with only our 9 most rural counties without flower farms now.

In 2019, we recorded 47 farms;
in 2020, we recorded 72 farms;
in 2021, we recorded 104 farms; &
in 2022, we have 135 farms!!

Many thanks to the UCFFA, USU Extension, and my IG followers for helping us keep these records. Next, we hope to piece together 2018 data, and start tracking coops and farms across our state borders. We love seeing this growth!
